What’s special about the African Pygmy Goats?
Native to the Cameroon Valley of West Africa, they have been domesticated for about 10,000 years. These goats were shipped to the U.S. in the late 1950s. They are very adaptable and make great pets, living about 8-12 years. You will find these goats to be very friendly, curious, intelligent, and playful. Most goats are 18-23 inches tall at full maturity.
